As the Lead Designer/Art Director at IPA , I spearheaded a complete company-wide rebrand that was rolled out to 60 commercial broker teams and 23 in-house designers. In collaboration with the Creative Director, I also led a series of brand-building design initiatives that played a significant role in achieving over $8 billion in transactional sales and financial services.
